2. Registration & Customer Information

You can become a member of REWARDS by downloading the Pawar CNG App on your mobile through the App Store or Play Store and registering for the Pawar CNG REWARDS programme.

You can start using your REWARDS membership once all mandatory registration details are completed in full and submitted.

• You can select your preferred mode of communication (i.e., via registered email ID, registered mobile number, or in-app push notification) while registering.
• Your mobile number acts as a unique identifier; therefore, multiple memberships using a single mobile number are not allowed.
• You must ensure that the correct mobile phone number is provided while registering. In case an incorrect number is provided, Pawar CNG shall not be responsible for the issue of points to the membership account thus created.
• Pawar CNG runs different schemes for certain sets of REWARDS members from time to time. If you are eligible, you will receive a unique Pawar CNG QR Code provided at Pawar CNG stations or by partners who have a tie-up with Pawar CNG. This code enables you to receive special benefits under the Pawar CNG Rewards program.
• You must keep Pawar CNG informed of any changes to the information submitted. Pawar CNG cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or vouchers resulting from outdated information.
• To change your registered mobile number, submit the update under the Account section within the app. Opening a new membership account with a new number will prevent the transfer of previously collected points to the new account.

3. Earning Points

REWARDS is only applicable for purchases at participating sites. Please check the Pawar CNG App for the latest information on participating locations.

The schemes mentioned below are only applicable to REWARDS customers holding an individual account. If you are a Fleet Solutions customer, please refer to the relevant section for details.

• You must present either your digital or physical REWARDS card at the time of purchase to earn points. Points will not be issued for past transactions.
• As a member, you can earn points only from your personal purchases. Earning points from others’ purchases, even with consent, may be considered fraudulent.
• Points will be awarded based on the following rate: 5 points for every 1 KG of Pawar CNG Gas purchased.
• Any purchase that results in a fractional point will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
• Pawar CNG reserves the right to change the rate of awarding points or the nature of qualifying purchases. Any changes will be communicated through the Pawar CNG App, email, SMS, or notices at participating sites.
• Pawar CNG may, at its discretion, add bonus points to any customer's REWARDS account.
• Participating sites may occasionally run seasonal offers that provide extra points for specific purchases. Details of such offers will be available on the Pawar CNG App and at the respective sites.
• If two active offers apply to the same product, the offer with the earlier expiry date will be applied first.
• Points may not be issued in combination with other offers such as promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
• Points earned per transaction will typically be credited in real time and can be checked via the Pawar CNG App. In case of system delays, the balance will be updated within 24 hours.

4. Redeeming Your Points

Points earned as part of the REWARDS scheme can be redeemed at participating sites as may be defined by Pawar CNG from time to time.

• Accumulated points in one account cannot be transferred or combined with any other account.
• Points earned cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Only the member can redeem the points associated with their account.
• Once redeemed, points cannot be reversed. Items purchased using points are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
• If points are redeemed for a gas voucher, the full value of the voucher must be used in a single purchase. No cash back will be given if the transaction amount is less than the voucher value.

5. Other Offer Terms & Conditions

• The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No cash claims shall be entertained in lieu of the offer.
• The offer is valid only for successful and approved transactions.
• Pawar CNG REWARDS Terms and Conditions also apply.
• By participating in the offer, customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

6. Fleet Solutions Customers

Customers who use a Fleet Solutions card as a method of payment will not be eligible for REWARDS programme benefits for that transaction. Please reach out to your Fleet Solutions Account Manager for more information.

7. Account Closure & Points Expiry

• You may choose to leave the programme/membership by contacting our customer service team on site.
• All unused vouchers and points will be forfeited at the time of account closure.
• If an account remains inactive for one year, Pawar CNG reserves the right to:
  • Reset the points balance to zero with immediate effect, and/or
  • Close the membership account with immediate effect.
• Points earned are valid for 1 year. After this period, they will expire automatically.
• Pawar CNG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the REWARDS programme, including any associated Pawar CNG App or features, without prior notice and without liability. This may include:
  • Deleting your profile and any User Generated Content
  • Restricting or terminating your use of any or all parts of the programme
  • Taking action for breach of terms, applicable laws, or otherwise
• After such action, you are not permitted to create a new account to bypass any termination, deletion, or restriction.
• Some of your User Generated Content may continue to appear in the REWARDS programme, associated apps, or in backup systems for a reasonable period even after account termination.
• These Terms and Conditions will remain effective even after your account or access to the Pawar CNG REWARDS programme is terminated.

8. Data Protection

As a member of REWARDS, any information you share is governed by the REWARDS Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy (available in the Account section of the app) outlines how Pawar CNG manages your data in compliance with applicable laws.

You will receive periodic updates about your account, promotional offers, and programme-related information. Communications will be sent via the Pawar CNG App, your registered mobile number, or email address.

• You have the option to choose your preferred mode of communication.

9. Limitation of Liability

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information that you enter or submit to become a part of the Pawar CNG REWARDS programme. While Pawar CNG strives to ensure the correctness of the information it provides, it cannot guarantee accuracy at all times.

Pawar CNG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding your participation in the Pawar CNG REWARDS programme and any associated use of the Pawar CNG App.

Your participation in the Pawar CNG REWARDS programme and any associated use of the Pawar CNG App is at your own risk, cost, and consequence. You are solely responsible for any damage suffered by you or any third party as a result.

• Under no circumstances shall Pawar CNG be liable to you or any third party—whether in equity, contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise—arising from your participation in the programme or use of the app, for:
  • Loss of actual or anticipated profit, sales, savings, use, business, business opportunity, or revenue
  • Losses due to business interruption
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Loss or corruption of data, information, or software
  • Any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage
• This applies even if such cost, expense, loss, or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might have been contemplated by you and/or Pawar CNG.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property contained in or on the Pawar CNG REWARDS programme and any associated Pawar CNG App is owned by Pawar CNG or its licensors.

All content in the Pawar CNG REWARDS programme and any associated Pawar CNG App—including, but not limited to, text, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features, and all other content ("Content")—is a collective work protected under applicable copyright laws and is the proprietary property of Pawar CNG.

Pawar CNG reserves all rights in respect of the intellectual property contained in the Pawar CNG REWARDS programme, its associated apps, and the Content.

11. User Generated Content

“User Generated Content” refers to any content such as communications, information, messages, photographs, music, videos, designs, graphics, website links, data, profiles that you and/or other members post or otherwise make available on or through the Pawar CNG REWARDS programme, except where such content is owned by or licensed to Pawar CNG.

You are solely responsible for your User Generated Content, your interactions with other members, and your overall activity in the Pawar CNG REWARDS programme. Pawar CNG shall not have any liability whatsoever for any user-generated content.

You agree not to post any content or make any communications which may expose Pawar CNG or any other member of the Pawar CNG REWARDS programme to harm or liability of any type.

You agree not to post or submit User Generated Content, or links to websites, which are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, libellous, infringing, harassing, hateful, threatening, abusive, pornographic, or offensive on sexual, racial, cultural, or ethnic grounds, or otherwise objectionable.

You confirm that you own or control all rights in any User Generated Content you post or submit. You agree not to submit content unless you are the owner or have permission to post such content. You confirm not to post photos or videos of another person without that person’s permission.

Your User Generated Content is not confidential or proprietary. You grant Pawar CNG a non-exclusive, non-revocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual right to use your content in any media for any purpose, including commercial, advertising, or otherwise, including rights to translate, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, sublicense, distribute, assign, and commercialize without payment to you.

Communications posted in forums represent the views of the individual poster, not Pawar CNG.

Do not use the programme or associated apps for commercial purposes. Do not post junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or solicitations. Do not use automated scripts to collect information.

Do not provide false personal information or create more than one account. Do not use or attempt to use another person’s account, username, or password.

Pawar CNG reserves the right to monitor and remove any content at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Pawar CNG has no obligation to prescreen or remove User Generated Content and assumes no responsibility for it, even if it chooses to do so.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pawar CNG, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, legal costs arising from or relating in any way to your User Generated Content, your participation in Pawar CNG REWARDS programme, any associated downloading or usage of Pawar CNG App, Pawar CNG REWARDS website and Physical REWARDS card, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, any law or the rights of any third party.

13. External Websites or Applications

Pawar CNG REWARDS programme and any associated Pawar CNG App, Pawar CNG REWARDS website and Physical REWARDS card may include links to external websites or applications. When you follow such links the external website or application may appear as a full screen or in some cases it may appear within the frame of Pawar CNG App, Pawar CNG REWARDS website and Physical REWARDS card.

These links are provided in order to help you find relevant websites, applications, services and/or products which may be of interest to you quickly and easily. It is your responsibility to decide whether any services and/or products available through any of these websites or applications are suitable for your purposes.

Pawar CNG is never to be construed as recommending to you to avail any services and/or products available through any of these websites or applications. Pawar CNG is not responsible for the owners or operators of these applications or websites or for any goods or services they supply or for the content of their websites or applications and does not give or enter into any conditions, warranties or other terms or representations in relation to any of these or accept any liability in relation to any of these (including any liability arising out of any claim that the content of any external website or application to which Pawar CNG App and Pawar CNG REWARDS includes a link infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party).

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Your participation in Pawar CNG REWARDS programme and any associated Pawar CNG App and Pawar CNG REWARDS and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed and interpreted only in accordance with the laws of India.

In the case of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with or relating to your participation in Pawar CNG REWARDS programme and/or any associated Pawar CNG App, Pawar CNG REWARDS and/or these terms and conditions, such dispute or claim shall be finally and exclusively settled by arbitration vide a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any other statutory modifications or re-enactments made thereof as per Rules of Pune International Arbitration Centre.

The sole arbitrator shall be appointed as per Rules of Pune International Arbitration Centre. All Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and the seat/venue/place of arbitration shall be Pune only.

Each Party shall co-operate in good faith to expedite (to the maximum extent practicable) the conduct of any arbitral proceedings commenced. Subject to aforesaid, the courts at Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

PAWAR CNG APPLICATION: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using this mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using this App or any functionality thereof on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console or other device.

15. Termination

15.1 Termination Rights Pawar CNG reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate your account and/or access to this App or any functionalities thereof, delete your profile and any of your User Generated Content and/or restrict your use of all or any part of the App at any time, for any or no reason, without notice and without liability to you or anyone else. Pawar CNG also reserves the right to prevent access to the App or any of its functionalities or features.

15.2 Account Re-creation Prohibition After any line of action subject to Clause 15.1 you are not allowed to create a new account to circumvent the termination, deletion or restriction.

15.3 Persistence of User Content You understand and agree that some of your User Generated Content may continue to appear on or through the App or may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time even after your account and/or access to the App is terminated.

15.4 Terms Survive Termination These Terms and Conditions of Use remain in effect after your account and/or access to the App is terminated.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use

Pawar CNG may change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice, effective upon posting the amended Terms and Conditions of Use to the App. In the event that the Terms and Conditions of Use are amended, you will be asked to accept those revised Terms and Conditions of Use when you next use the App. Any use of the App thereafter will be on the basis of those revised Terms and Conditions of Use.

Jurisdiction

These terms & conditions will be exclusively governed in accordance with applicable laws of India. Any disputes, differences and/or any other matters in relation to and arising out of the App and/or pertaining to these terms and conditions shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as per the then prevailing Rules of Arbitration of Pune International Arbitration Centre (PIAC). The seat / venue of arbitration shall be Pune. The sole arbitrator shall be appointed as per the then prevailing Rules of Arbitration of Pune International Arbitration Centre. Subject to the aforesaid arbitration provision, Courts at Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters relating to the App and/or these terms and conditions.
